The agritourism Tenuta di Pietra Porzia, at the same time Farm Hotel and vineyard Hotel, one of the best of the area of Frascati, Castelli Romani, Castel Gandolfo and Rome, is located in a landmark villa and his guest house, offers 12 rooms with bathroom, swimming pool, gardens, splendid view.
The restaurant Tenuta di Pietra Porzia, located in the villa is open to the public on request. The great halls of the villa are also perfect for events, weddings on the area of Frascati, Castelli Romani, Rome.
The agritourism Tenuta di Pietra Porzia is 40 minutes far from Villa Adriana and VIlla D'Este in Tivoli, 20 km far to Castel Gandolfo and Castel Gandolfo Country Club.
THE VILLA
   
The villa, located in a panoramic position, has 5 rooms with bathroom and a hall of 170 m2 opened to the garden, the terrace and the swimming pool.
From the villa's terrace, one can appreciate the view of Rome and the Castelli Romani area.
THE LANDSCAPE
   
From the villa, on the top of the hill, an untouched landscape spreads on the Monti Sabini, Frascati, the hills, the sea and Rome, creating a unique panorama.
THE GUESTHOUSE
Adjoining the Villa, it has 2 rooms with bathroom and 3 flats with 1/2 rooms each.
THE SWIMMING POOL
Located close to the vineyards and olivegrove the swimming pool, is at guest's disposal.
THE ROOMS


All the rooms have private bathrooms and a beautiful view, in perfect silence.
THE HALL




The hall is used as a restaurant for agritourism.
WINE SHOP

An agritourism wine shop at the estate is open every working day (hours: 9 -12/14 -18) and on holidays (on reservation) where you can buy all the products of the estate after a free tasting, without any minimum.


VISIT AND TASTING

Visiting the estate is always possible on reservation (tel. +39 06 9464392-fax +39 06 9464361), even on Saturday and Sunday. The visit includes the halls, the new cellar, the ancient cellar and a tasting of our products. (15 € per person)

Hall for ceremonies up to 100/120 people, price on demand according to the sevice
No reservations accepted without telephone number.
For week-end reservation an advance deposit is welcomed.

ROOMS IN VILLA AND GUESTHOUSE
Double room: € 90/120 with italian style breakfast for 2 person
Single room € 80/90 a person with italian style breakfast
Half pension or full pension: on request

The restaurant is open: Fridays for dinner, Saturdays for lunch and dinner, and Sundays for lunch. Please note that we organize children's parties with entertaiment during the week (no week-end) the other dayws on demand.

FRASCATI - The ancient Tuscolo is full of wonderful villas, among which the famous Villa Aldobrandini.

TIVOLI - A few kilometers from the estate, Tivoli is one of the greatest touristic poles, due to Villa Adriana and Villa d'Este, with gardens and fountains.

CASTEL GANDOLFO - The agritourism Tenuta di Pietra Porzia is 20 km far Castel Gandolfo and the Golf course Country club Castel Gandolfo

GROTTAFERRATA - The center is filled with history of centuries, such as the monastery of S.Nilo which contains frescoes of famous artists.

ROMA - Really near to the estate, there's no need of any descriptions.
