Tour of our vineyards, cellar and ancient caves with tasting, lunch or dinner in our farmhouse
The tour begins in front of the winery with the view that opens onto our 128 acres of vineyards and olive groves, landmark as national protected landscape, in the splendid setting of the Lake Regillo valley, an ancient volcanic lake. After a brief estate and territory history, the tour will go on in the cellar with the explanation of the winemaking process of our wines. We then descend into the splendid ancient cave dug by hand in the tuff 2000 years ago, in Roman Empire times. The guided tasting will be held directly in the cellar where you will taste our Frascati Superiore Docg, our Roma Doc Red Lecino and our Cannellino di Frascati Docg accompanied by local salamis, cheeses and the our extra virgin olive oil.
At the end it will be possible to buy our products.
Through an imposing avenue of cypresses you then will go up to the farmhouse where lunch or dinner, dedicated to traditional Roman dishes, will be served.
