At a controlled temperature of 15-16°C, with selected yeasts with no sulfites. In this type of wine, the fermentation is interrupted drastically by lowering the temperature to 0°C as to maintain still in solution the unfermented natural sugars which then give the wine that honeyed and sweet note.

Golden yellow. To the nose, hints of dried fruit and honey. To the palate, warm and soft but with the right freshness
13-15% vol. natural in the vineyard (depending on the year)
